Port Douglas is just under one hours drive north from Cairns on the spectacular Great Barrier Reef Drive, with lush forest on one side of the road and the Coral Sea on the other. Around every corner is another beautiful vista.
Arriving in Port Douglas you’ll immediately be taken with the tropical village feel and the laid back pace of life. But don’t be fooled, because in this idyllic little village you’ll find world class dining, luxury spas, fabulous coffee, local breweries and much much more. In the evening, head for Rex Smeal Park and watch the pinks and purples dance across the sky as the day comes to a close.
